In 2017, The Subsidies Of The Ministry Of Industry And Trade Of Russia Received 69 Projects, Implemented At 41 Enterprises In 28 Single-Industry Towns

November 30 at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo hosted the annual traditional forum (congress) of mayors of single-industry towns. In the plenary session of the forum, under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, the curator of the priority program, Igor Shuvalov, was attended by Alexei Besprozvannykh, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation .

The main theme of the session is the results of the implementation of the program activities and the main directions for its further implementation.

Monotowns are included in the list of the main directions of the strategic development of the Russian Federation until 2018 and for a period up to 2025, approved by the decision of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Strategic Development and Priority Projects of July 13, 2016.

During the speech, Alexey Besprozvannykh spoke about the main measures to support the Ministry, implemented for industrial enterprises of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and, of course, for single-industry enterprises.

Subsidiary support tools of the Ministry, and this is more than 20 areas, are not only sectoral, but general. This allows single-industry towns to choose from a wide range of subsidies provided and actively participate in their receipt. In 2017, grants received 69 projects, implemented at 41 enterprises in 28 single-industry towns for a total of more than 40.9 billion rubles. Under Government Resolution No. 1312 (subsidizing R & D), 96 projects were awarded for a total of 7, 210 billion rubles, of which 12 projects were supported in 9 mono-towns of 7 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The support tool such as Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 3 (subsidizing the interest rate for the development of complex investment projects) is also in demand. A total of 153 projects were supported in the amount of 7, 210 billion rubles, of which 26 projects were supported in 12 single-industry towns. Also, within the framework of co-financing of regional industrial development funds, FRP supported 29 projects announced by single-industry cities

noted Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia.

He stressed that the agency will continue to work together with the Mono-Grove Development Fund to implement the activities of the priority program "Integrated development of single-industry towns" aimed at diversifying production and improving the quality of life.

In addition, within the framework of the development of the priority program "Integrated development of monotowns", an agreement was reached on the joint implementation in 2018 of the Action Plan for single-industry towns relating to places of traditional existence of folk art crafts using existing support measures and the development of new tools.

According to him, this work is very important for the development of single-industry towns. The Ministry of Industry of Russia aggregates, through support tools and non-financial interaction formats, the cooperation of regional and federal executive authorities, the Monocities and Business Development Fund.

Alexey Besprozvannykh called on the single-industry city to take an active part in the implementation of projects through regional funds for industrial development that are participating in co-financing through the FRP.
