Since 2020, "Colmar" plans to attract employees from Russian regions with the support of the state

Starting next year, the Kolmar company plans to start attracting personnel under the program for increasing labor mobility of personnel. This became possible as a result of the inclusion of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 7, 2019 of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) into the list of priority regions for attracting labor resources.

“For our company, this is a significant step in addressing the issue of attracting labor resources. In the coming years, we will double the number of staff, so the use of such a mechanism of state support is urgently needed. Now, our candidates will receive support not only from the company, but also from the state. We hope that the number of people willing to come to work in Yakutia will increase, ”said Alyona Gavrilova, personnel director of Kolmar Management Company LLC.

The company actively attracts personnel using all available channels. “We work in the domestic labor market, we participate in the program“ Local personnel in industry ”, we actively cooperate with local schools and universities, providing training for the future in accordance with our requirements. However, this is not enough to meet the growing needs of the company. We are already holding job fairs in the Far East and other Russian regions, ”says Alena Gavrilova.

The Human Capital Development Agency in the Far East supported the company in joining the program. Alexander Logunov, Deputy Director General of the Agency, explained: “The program for increasing labor mobility continues to improve, becomes more flexible, opens up new opportunities for participants. Since last year, the FEFD regions have been given the opportunity to attract personnel from the program with the support of the state not only from non-eastern regions, but also from other subjects of the FEFD. From 2020, the program will operate in all subjects of the FEFD. ”

Today, within the framework of the labor mobility program, the amount of budget support ranges from 225,000 to 1,000,000 rubles for each specialist employed. The size of the grant varies by region. Support measures are prescribed in the employment contract. The employee may, in particular, receive compensation for the cost of moving, renting a home, raising qualifications and a number of other expenses.
