ARCHK DV expands the format of staffing for residents of TOR

The electronic job fair was held on the basis of Pacific State University from July 1 to July 31 with the participation of the Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East. The new format of personnel recruitment measures has proven to be effective: more than 130 organizations and companies of the Far East of various forms of ownership and economic sectors took part in it. The region's employers announced at the fair more than 200 vacancies for the total number of employees of more than 400 people. For employers on the site of the fair were presented 2659 resumes of graduates of 2019 and the last years of graduation.

During the entire period of the fair's work, students and graduates through the Internet could get acquainted with the list of vacancies of organizations and enterprises interested in attracting young specialists, had the opportunity to get detailed information about vacancies of interest and directly contact employers on employment issues. At the same time, employers in online mode worked with the base of resumes of students and graduates of the PNU of the current and previous years of graduation, directly contacted the candidates and invited them for further interviews and employment.

β€œThe Human Capital Development Agency in the Far East took an active part in the work of the electronic job fair,” Hasan Hasanbalayev, deputy general director of ANO ARCHK DV, commented on the results of the event. - The agency in this case worked as a single window, presenting job applicants to residents of TOR and SPV, and also acted as the direct operator of personnel proposals from companies such as Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant and Merci Trade. In our opinion, expanding the format of job fairs and transferring them to an online platform is promising to work with this target audience - young professionals - and will continue to evolve. ”

Hasan Hasanbalayev noted that the electronic job fair provided an opportunity for Far Eastern employers to replenish the personnel pool of enterprises from among graduates of Pacific State University, and that the Agency will continue to work on providing investment projects with the most efficient recruitment tools.

The Human Capital Development Agency in the Far East provides comprehensive support to the largest enterprises of the Far Eastern Federal District in the selection of the necessary specialists, including placing relevant vacancies on electronic platforms, conducting a primary selection of applicants, forming a pool of potentially interesting candidates and regularly holding job fairs where citizens can receive the fullest information on the situation in the labor market, popular vacancies, employers and state employment services in Elena. Vacancies of the Far Eastern companies are posted on the portal ARCHK DV Jobs in the Far East .
