Maxim Dmitriev, Head of the Regional Development Directorate of the Union "Agency for the Development of Professional Communities and Manpower" Young Professionals (Worldskills Russia), commented: "Worldskills Russia Union ranks the best educational organizations in the country for the second time. The rewarding was preceded by a lot of work: we compared educational organizations by the presence of winners and contestants of the regional championship, the presence of experts among teaching staff, the statuses of the specialized competence center “WorldSkills Russia” and the interregional center of competence, the implementation of the colleges of advanced training of teachers and the rating of involvement in the demonstration exam “WorldSkills Russia”, participation in such projects of the Young Professionals Union as “Bi years into the future " as well as a number of other criteria. We plan to calculate the rating annually. We expect that it will be recognition of the achievements and progress of educational organizations in the implementation of standards of professional skill. It will allow "to be" on the best and set ambitious, but attainable goals for themselves. "

Deputy Director General of the Human Capital Development Agency in the Far East, Alexander Logunov, stressed that the rating published by WorldSkills Russia should be considered as a starting point. “The fact that five colleges of the Far East entered the top 100 in Russia indicates that we have a lot of work to do to strengthen the presence of our educational institutions in the top. We understand that the quality of education in professional educational organizations directly depends on the material and technical support of the educational process. And here, of course, the re-equipment of professional educational organizations will play an important role. In 2018 and 2019, 76 colleges will receive almost 1.5 billion rubles to upgrade the material and technical base within the framework of the “single subsidy” of the Ministry of Eastern and Eastern Development of Russia. In addition, according to the results of the competition of the Ministry of Education of Russia this year, 9 colleges out of 6 subjects to the amount of 189.2 million rubles received grants for the creation of workshops equipped in accordance with international standards for training highly qualified personnel. Now there is every reason to increase the number of Far Eastern colleges in the ranking of the best in one or two years. ”

According to data obtained by the Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East from the subjects of the FEFD, 6.9 billion rubles will be required to bring the material and technical base of all institutions of secondary vocational education in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and WorldSkills Russia standards. Special decisions on the development of vocational education will be made as part of the preparation of a national program for the Far East, which will be presented at the EEF-2019.
