Free port resident opens a warehouse complex with freezers

Iceberg Logistic completed the construction of a production and storage complex with freezers in the Primorsky Territory. The project, worth about 57 million rubles and designed to create 21 workplaces, was implemented as part of an agreement on investment activities in the free port of Vladivostok with JSC Far East Development Corporation.

The location of the facility selected area of ​​about 3000 square meters meters in close proximity to the Knevichi international airport, which, according to the resident of the SPV, is very successful.

“There is a developed road and infrastructure network in the nearby territory, which positively affects the accessibility to the location of our facility,” explains Stanislav Yun, director of Iceberg Logistic LLC. “We hope that the main consumers of our services will be the enterprises of Vladivostok.”

The company built a production and warehouse complex for storing food semi-finished products with built-in refrigerators, purchased loading equipment. In the auxiliary building of the administrative block, a pit for customs inspection is provided. Due to the proximity to the airport, fencing of the territory along the perimeter with the organization of a signal line is planned.

Recall, according to the Corporation for Development of the Far East, JSC, currently the number of residents of the free port of Vladivostok has reached 1384. The total amount of announced projects exceeds 675 billion rubles, the implementation of which will create more than 67 thousand modern jobs. Moreover, more than 140 projects have already been launched, residents of SPV have invested 95 billion rubles in the economy of the Far Eastern Federal District and created more than 10 thousand modern jobs.
