The head of the CIDA checked the implementation of projects of the Amur residents of TOR

Aslan Kanukoev, Director General of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East, visited the Amur Region in order to hold business meetings with investors of the territories of priority development and inspection of the sites for the implementation of residents' projects.

A landmark event of the program was the conclusion of an agreement between JSC Far East Development Corporation and LLC Residential Microdistrict, a subsidiary of PJSC Gazprom. The investment agreement was signed during the meeting on the socio-economic development of the Amur Region, in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev and Amur Region Governor Vasily Orlov.


The new resident of the TORF Svobodnyy intends to build for a large-scale gas-chemical cluster, which is one of the centers of economic growth in the region, a residential neighborhood for 5,000 people, including residential and social infrastructure. The project, worth 64.5 billion rubles, envisages the construction of 42 five-storey houses and 36 townhouses for 1,688 apartments. It is noteworthy that the investor also plans to acquire ownership of more than 840 apartments in Svobodny to form additional housing stock. The implementation of this project will create 1600 jobs in the city. The federal budget will allocate 12.5 billion rubles for the construction of engineering infrastructure: water supply and drainage systems, communication networks, sewage systems.

The General Director of KRDV JSC visited Svobodny at the site of the Amur Gas Processing Plant, the largest natural gas processing plant in Russia and the second largest in the world, which is being built by the anchor resident of this priority development territory, Gazprom Blagoveshchensk. Representatives of the companies Industry, Smena and PTK Bees-Svobodny demonstrated the pace of construction of complexes for the production of ready-mixed concrete. As a result, it was noted the timely implementation of activities stipulated by the schedules of their projects.

Having visited the TOP of Belogorsk, the head of the management company got acquainted with the project of the Amursky Oil Extraction Plant. The anchor resident is building the second stage of the complex for deep processing of soybean in order to obtain import-substituting products - soybean meal, isolate and oil. of the harvesting company in 2018, the soybean harvest in the Amur region amounted to more than 1 million tons. The Amur region is the only region in the Far East where soybeans are grown in such large volumes, and these are the advantages о effectively uses a resident of the TOR "Belogorsk" to increase the volume of products of deep processing.

At the end of the trip, the general director of KRDV JSC inspected the sites of the Priamurskaya TOR, where seven residents are involved in investment activities, one of them is Agro Fabrika. The resident is completing the design of the feed mill and has made adjustments to the documents necessary for concluding an additional agreement in terms of extending the project implementation period. The commissioning of the object is scheduled for the end of the 3rd quarter of 2019.

During his visit to the Amur Region, the head of the management company discussed issues of joint cooperation with the current and potential residents with the heads of municipalities, on whose territory the preferential regime of PDA operates. Also in the framework of the meeting with Yury Andreyenko, General Director of JSC Far Eastern Distribution Grid Company, issues of increasing the efficiency of interaction and the timely fulfillment of obligations by residents to connect to power supply networks were discussed.

Recall that in the three areas of advanced development in the Amur Region - Svobodny, Belogorsk and Priamurskaya, currently there are 19 residents with projects worth 1.1 trillion rubles, the implementation of which will create 5,000 jobs. To date, the Amur region has the most significant investment portfolio, compared with other regions of the Far East.
