The Far East Investment Promotion and Export Support Agency (ANO IPA) invites entrepreneurs to consider investing in the project for the construction of a hotel and ethnographic complex “Permskoye Selo” in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

“The project for the reconstruction of the Amur River embankment in Komsomolsk-on-Amur provides for a zone for the hotel complex. It is assumed that the complex will appear in the green on the banks of a small artificial lake. A land plot without bidding will be provided for the project, and 30 percent of the engineering infrastructure will be financed. The investor is invited to build a complex with cottage houses and individual buildings in accordance with the developed concept. The construction will be done in the style of a Russian village and a Nanai village, ”said Aleksey Chepurnykh, investment director of ANO IPA.

The creation of the village is associated with the history of the emergence of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. In 1849, the expedition of the scientist-navigator, Admiral G.I. Nevelsky on the Amur River. Almost ten years after the expedition, a plan was developed to create Russian villages on the Amur River near existing Nanai camps. In the summer of 1860, near the Nanai Mylka camp, log cabins were prepared for the future Russian village. In August of that year, the 30 first families from the Perm province arrived here with their belongings, with horses and cows for permanent settlement. They founded the village of Perm-on-Amur. Subsequently, peasants from other provinces began to arrive in the village. On December 10, 1932, by the Decree of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee, the village of Perm was transformed “into a city, having given it the name Komsomolsk-on-Amur”.

“A layout scheme for the facilities of the complex has been prepared, and technical and economic indicators of the project have been created. The estimated volume of investments will amount to 112 million rubles, the payback period of the project is 10 years, ”explained Alexey Chepurnykh.
