Jobs with a salary of 65 to 200 thousand rubles are available to the Far East and those wishing to move to the region

According to data as of July 1, 2019, 253 employees were attracted and employed in the Far Eastern Federal District as part of the state program to increase labor mobility. It is expected that by the end of the year 35 Far Eastern companies will employ over 840 qualified specialists from other subjects of the Federation.

“The development of new industries in the ASEZs creates a constant need for labor resources, and it is growing: new investment agreements were made at the WEF-2019, enterprises will be opened, people will be needed. Large-scale tasks and high rates of work force employers to seek professionals across the country. The program for increasing labor mobility has expanded the geography of job search and candidates, ”said Alexander Logunov, deputy director general of the Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East. He also noted that starting from the current year, the program may not only employ people moving from other constituent entities of the Russian Federation, but also from one region of the Far Eastern Federal District to another. Thus, the program stimulates external and internal mobility, equalizing applicants in opportunities.

A number of amendments introduced to the state program in 2018 significantly optimized it and improved the financial conditions for attracting workers. To date, the amount of budget support for people moving, depending on the region, ranges from 225 thousand to 1 million rubles. These funds from the federal and regional budgets are allocated to compensate for the costs of moving the employee and his family, salary supplements, lump-sum payment, payment for housing and related needs.

In turn, the residents of TORov offer a job that can interest not only ambitious youth in moving, but also people who have taken part in the profession. Enterprises are willing to pay quite competitive salaries. At the Zvezda shipbuilding complex, which is actively participating in the labor mobility program, up to 200 thousand rubles can be received  by the project manager  in the field of shipbuilding, up to 160 - the  chief designer , the site foreman (the site for assembling, welding of ship blocks and hulls) and the  lead engineer  (for galvanic processes and galvanizing) - 83 thousand rubles each, the adjuster of instrumentation - 70 thousand rubles, a design engineer - 65 thousand rubles.

The largest supplier of petroleum products in the Kamchatka Territory - Marine Standard Bunker LLC in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky - has opened vacancies with salaries of up to 100 thousand rubles for positions of a  specialist in tenders and procurement  and a  specialist in radio electronics .

PJSC Amur Shipbuilding Plant in Komsomolsk-on-Amur is ready  to pay  67 thousand rubles to the collector of hulls of metal vessels. More information about vacancies with the support of relocation is on the portal  “Work in the Far East” .

Under the terms of the labor mobility program, an employee enters into an employment contract for an indefinite period or a fixed-term contract for at least 2 years. As a general rule, if an employee terminates the contract after having worked at the enterprise for less than a year, then the funds actually spent on providing the employee with support measures should be reimbursed to the employer. The control over the spending of funds provided for the relocation and arrangement of the moved workers is carried out by the state.

Since 2015, 1,380 people have moved to the Far East under the labor mobility program. In 2019, the Kamchatka, Primorsky, Khabarovsk Territories, Amur, Magadan, Sakhalin Regions and the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug participate in the program for increasing labor mobility. It is planned that from 2020 all 11 regions of the Far Eastern Federal District will become participants in the program for increasing labor mobility.

The Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East provides support to employers and job seekers, including in the implementation of the mechanism of the program for increasing labor mobility. With the participation of the agency, a number of unique and massive vacancies were closed at the enterprises of the district.
