The Kremlin Signed Documents On The Development Of High-Tech Areas

In the Kremlin, in the presence of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a ceremony of exchange of agreements of intent signed by representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation and the largest organizations with state participation was held with the aim of developing individual high-tech areas. The ceremony was attended by Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Agreements of intent were signed between the Government and PJSC Sberbank (Artificial Intelligence), Russian Railways (Quantum Communications), and the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom (Quantum Computing and Technologies for Creating New materials and substances ”), Rostec State Corporation (“ Quantum Sensors ”,“ Distributed Registry Technologies ”,“ New Generations of Narrow-Band Wireless Communication for “Internet of Things” and Near and Medium-Range Radii ”directions), as well as its agreement with the state corporation “Rostec” and PJSC “Rostelecom” in the direction of “Wireless communication of the new generation”.

Vladimir Putin noted that the signed agreements will contribute to the development of the Russian economy and will potentially be able to provide a real breakthrough for the country in the field of technology.


In turn, the state in our case will provide partner companies with all the necessary assistance for the development of high-tech areas and support. We are talking about both financial and tax instruments, as well as creating a comfortable regulatory environment, including flexible experimental legal regimes.
