Minpromtorg And Roskazhestvo Summed Up The Study Of The Quality Of School Uniforms For Girls

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, together with Roskaschest, presented the results of the all-Russian study of the quality of clothing for students. In 2017, experts conducted research on the 75 most common brands of skirts and sarafans for girls of primary school age. The results of the study confirmed a decrease in the share of poor-quality products: violations of sanitary and hygienic indicators were reduced by 2.4 times compared with last year's studies of the school uniform.

Serious work carried out by federal authorities, supervisory authorities, manufacturers and trade networks led to a general improvement in quality within the category. Thus, the study of the quality of trousers for boys of school age, carried out by Roskaschestvo at the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia in 2016, revealed mass deviations in sanitary and hygienic items (66 brands from 98 samples examined from major producers and importers). The 2017 study demonstrates a significant improvement in the quality of clothing for students. The results of the new study showed that high-quality and high-quality goods can be called samples of 45 trademarks out of 75. The requirements of the advanced standard of the Rockiness were consistent with the samples of already seven brands,

The fact that about 60% of the brands examined are recognized as high-quality and high-quality, indicates the significant success of the joint work of the relevant ministries, regional authorities and control and supervisory bodies within the State Committee for Combating Illicit Trafficking in Industrial Products -

Commented the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov.

The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia specified that all this is happening against the backdrop of the growth of the industry as a whole. In the first half of 2017, we see the results of the implementation of the program to support light industry and, as a result, the growth of production. Manufacturers effectively master more than 2.5 billion rubles, allocated in 2016 as part of the program.

With regard to the subject of the study of the Rockiness, the producers of worsted fabrics for the school uniform due to our subsidy managed to reduce the cost of the products, while increasing its volume and expanding the range. We extended this measure to the production of polyviscosic fabrics. Due to this, the total output by the factories of worsted and polyviscos fabrics intended for the production of clothing for students in primary classes will double by 2 times in 2017. Thus, the industry demonstrates that the domestic product can and should be of high quality, and manufacturers are able to sew a beautiful, comfortable and, importantly, affordable school uniforms,

He concluded.

A common problem, characteristic for light industry goods, remains the discrepancy between the actual composition of the product declared on the marking. In a study of 2017, experts documented deviations from the claimed tissue composition in 23 samples out of 75. In particular, the fabric of some sarafans did not contain wool at all, although the labels of the goods spoke of its availability.

Laboratory tests of light industry products allow us to trace the stable relationship between the composition of the product and its compliance with basic safety requirements. The more synthetics present in the fabric, the more a thing on properties resembles a cellophane bag.

It is important to note that the facts of the substitution of the composition in 2017 were much less frequent than in the study of 2016. Thus, cases of falsification of the composition in children's pants in 2016 were identified in 49 cases out of 98.

The current study, however, revealed a number of excesses of the existing sanitary and hygienic safety standards - in 21 cases out of 75 products could not comply with the technical regulations of the Customs Union for hygroscopicity - i.e. The ability of the tissue to absorb and retain moisture. Note that last year the inconsistencies in this indicator were noted in 41 samples out of 98.

According to such "consumer" indicators as the quality of sewing, abrasion, pilling ability (appearance of pellets in operation), change in linear dimensions after washing, most samples meet even higher quality standards. The toxicity of materials and dyes, the level of formaldehyde in all samples were within the norm.

Based on the results of the first survey of clothes for students conducted by Roskachestvo in 2016 and based on instructions from the State Commission for Counteracting the Traffic of Counterfeit Products, a number of measures were implemented to clean the market of low-quality products: the certificates of unsafe products were terminated and the accreditation of certification bodies Unreliable certificates.

It is pleasant to note that many manufacturers conducted internal investigations and eliminated violations, and poor-quality samples of the form were withdrawn from sale. Similar measures will be taken on the basis of a new study on clothes for students.

The results of the research are available on the Portal of the Rockiness: http://roskachestvo.gov.ru/researches/sarafany-dlya-devochek/ .

For reference:

The study included the production of 75 brands from China, Belarus and 15 regions of Russia, including Moscow and St. Petersburg, Ivanovo, Tula, Chelyabinsk region and the Krasnodar Territory.

The school quality research program included the indicators of the current Technical Safety Regulations, GOSTs and leading standards of Rockiness, which establish additional quality indicators for applicants for the state Quality Mark.

Clothing for students studied by 58 parameters, including for the presence of toxic substances, resistance to staining, the ability of the fabric to "breathe", absorb and retain moisture. In addition, to assess the consumer characteristics of the products, Roque has tested the tensile load of the fabric, its resistance to crushing, the property of forming pellets, and also to change the dimensions after washing. Also, testing included quality parameters of tailoring. To comply with the standards of the Rockwriting and to obtain the Russian Quality Mark, only clothes made from really high-quality fabrics and with the corresponding trauma-safe fittings will be able to.
