The recipient of the "Far Eastern hectare" organized a raspberry tree on his site

Igor Konyukhov, along with his family and relatives, took three plots with a total area of about 25 hectares in the village of Nikolaevka, Partizansky District, Primorsky Territory, according to the Far Eastern Hectare program. On the obtained land, he grows raspberries on an industrial scale, equips a cheese factory and launches a recreational project. He spoke about his plans to the Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East.

“We have been cultivating berries for a long time. For us, the Far Eastern Hectare program was our salvation - in 2016 we experienced a shortage of space for raspberry cultivation and wherever we go, the answer was one - there is no land! ”Says Igor Konyukhov, recipient of the Far Eastern hectare. “By the time the program started in the entire Far East, we had already chosen a site and in the very first days we submitted an application. It turned out that taking land for free is easier than for money. ”

The Konyukhov family uses the “Far Eastern hectares” for two directions: several thousand raspberry bushes are planted on former ownerless fields, and a cheese factory is working and a camp is being built on another site, which is located near the Vodopadnaya river. Electricity is supplied to the plots and the road passes very close by.

“Despite the fact that growing berries is not the fastest-paying business, today we already have very good results. For example, according to the results of this summer, we have already collected more than a ton of raspberries, and in fact there will still be fruiting cultivars ahead. We sell products from the “Far Eastern hectares” at fairs and through social networks. By the way, I have a blog on instagram  (@ igor.ecofarm ), where you can see how the development of our “hectares” is going on - today about 11 hectares have been developed, but in the near future it is planned to develop the entire territory, ”Igor said.

Recall that the Far Eastern Hectare program provides each citizen of Russia, as well as participants in the State program to facilitate the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad to the Russian Federation, the right to receive a free land plot of up to one hectare in the territory of nine subjects of the Far East. Since August 1, 2019, the program has spread its effect to the Trans-Baikal Territory and the Republic of Buryatia, where land can be taken by local residents in the “home” region. Registration of the “Far Eastern hectare” is free of charge, via the Internet on the website of the Federal Information System “NaDalniy Vostok.RF”. During the first year, the applicant must determine the type of use of the site, after three years - to declare the progress of development.

For the convenience of citizens, the Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East has  formed a portfolio of standard solutions, business plans that contain the structure and order of economic calculations. It is enough to choose the direction of interest and adapt the project to specific climatic conditions, to take into account the peculiarities of doing business in a particular region. In addition, state support measures are available to recipients of the “Far Eastern hectares” - these are subsidies that stimulate livestock farming on private farms, grants to support the establishment of households, the “Beginner Farmer” grant, provision of wood benefits for private housing, subsidies to support small-scale farming and etc.  You  can view the full list of support measures on the ARCHK DV website.
