Senior students and graduates of Kamchatka universities in law, economics, finance, technical and IT specialties are invited to participate in internships at Far Eastern development institutions and enterprises of the Far Eastern Federal District.

“We want talented young people to stay in the Far East. That is why we are launching an internship program. It is paid. And the best participants of the program will have the opportunity of further employment at the enterprises of the Far East, ”said Leonid Petukhov, General Director of the ANO API.

“The first presentations will be held in the Kamchatka State University named after Vitus Bering in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. The agency works directly with Russian and foreign investors, implementing projects in key areas: forestry and fishing, oil and gas chemistry, gold and diamond mining, agriculture, engineering, transport and tourism. This is a good opportunity for a young specialist to try their hand and develop skills, ”explained Anastasia Rychkova, HR Director at ANO API.

Last year, internship invitations were sent to 60 universities. Over a thousand resumes were scanned. The best of the best were selected. 20 interns have passed practice. For this purpose, development institutions and enterprises were selected in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Vladivostok, and Moscow. Five interns got a permanent job at the Agency.

“I liked absolutely everything: what kind of people in the office are sociable, what kind of professionals they are. My curator motivated and inspired me. The tasks were interesting and allowed me to develop in the profession, ”said Maria Lagutina, a former intern and now a junior specialist in the department of investment projects. Evgenia Volkova, who took the position of a specialist in a separate unit in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, reported on her experience: “Internship at this agency is undoubtedly the best opportunity to show your creative abilities, immerse yourself in analytics and become professional.

This year, the internship program will cover more universities. Their number will be increased from 60 to a hundred. Increase and geography of the program. You can take an internship in Ulan-Ud, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Chita, Vladivostok and Moscow. Beginning specialists will be able to do practical work not only in the Agency, but also in large Far Eastern companies. And according to the results of the internship, the employer will be able to decide on their admission to work. The program aims to form the largest base of personnel reserve for enterprises implementing investment projects in the Far East.

According to Leonid Petukhov, “the successful implementation of the internship program will help stimulate the consolidation and influx of talented specialists to the Far East.” “Personnel specialists of our Agency reviewed more than 5 thousand resumes. Created the largest database of personnel reserve. It is planned to increase the number of interns from twenty to one hundred, ”he said.
