A thermal resort will appear in Kamchatka

The new resort will appear on the territory of the tourist-recreational complex "Zelenovsky Ozerki" near the village of Razdolny. The opening of the hotel complex is scheduled for 2020. HONKA became the investor of the project, implemented with the assistance of the Far East Investment Promotion and Export Support Agency (ANO IPA).

The signing of the agreement on the implementation of the project will be held on the sidelines of the fifth Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok.
“The Kamchatka Territory has a unique nature. But the tourist potential of the region cannot be revealed unless new modern hotels and resorts are built. Our Agency is aimed at attracting investors capable of implementing such projects. HONKA has accumulated rich experience in the construction of hotels, spas and resort complexes around the world, ”said Leonid Petukhov, Director General of ANO IPA.

The investor will perform all stages of the work: from architectural design, construction and landscape to interior design. The project involves the creation of the first premium-class boutique hotel in the Far East and in the Kamchatka Territory, offering guests the highest level of comfort and service. The hotel and spa complex will be equipped with intelligent engineering systems, and during the construction use only natural materials, including Finnish pine.

The total area of the boutique hotel and spa complex will be 3195 square meters. The hotel, located 43 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and 21 km from Yelizovo Airport, is designed for 20 guests, for which there are 10 rooms with designer interiors, a fitness center, a billiard room and a cinema hall. The spa complex includes an indoor pool with a transition to an outdoor cedar bath and thermal baths on the terrace.

The open territory of the resort includes a multifunctional sports ground, a helipad for organizing helicopter transfers to the ski area and fishing. The hotel will create all the infrastructure to ensure year-round, rather than seasonal, tourist flow. In the winter – spring period: skiing and heli-skiing on the nearest hills. In summer: eco-tourism, fishing and hunting. The presence of thermal springs will allow year-round development of balneological tourism.

“HONKA company once again demonstrates the possibility of promoting import-substituting tourism projects: fast and high-quality construction from professionals, a transparent economy and an excellent result for a business project,” notes Alexander Lvovsky, General Director of the Moscow representative office of ROSSA RAKENNE SPb (HONKA).

“Our Agency has helped the investor to determine the site, provides support in interacting with state authorities. We work with several companies that are ready to implement projects for the construction of hotels in Kamchatka. For each partner, we create an individual track, take into account the specifics of the project and the wishes of the investor, ”said Roman Sementsov, Director for Transport and Logistics Infrastructure, Investment ANO IPA Department.
