In Yakutia, the construction of the second stage of the cardiology center was launched

The first pile of the Republican Cardiology Dispensary of the National Center of Medicine was hammered in Yakutsk. The construction of the cardiovascular center on the initiative of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the development of the Far East and the Arctic was included in the federal program “Single subsidy”. In total, 4 billion 597 million rubles will be allocated for the construction of the second stage.

“There was hard work on the preparation of the project, its promotion in the federal authorities. As a result, he received great support from the plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in the Far East, Yuri Trutnev, and the Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, Alexander Kozlov. I am convinced that this will be the most modern cardiology clinic in the whole Far East, ”said Aisen Nikolaev, head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The Republican Cardiology Dispensary is designed for 150 beds. It will be connected with the transition with the Consultative and Diagnostic Center of the Republican Hospital No. 1 - the National Center of Medicine.

A “single subsidy” helped the regions solve the problems that the regions had been discussing for many years. For example, in Yakutsk this is the construction of a republican cardiocenter. I note that this work is unprecedented for the Far East. Never before have our regions received so much federal money for the construction and repair of social facilities, ”emphasized Alexander Kozlov, Minister for Development of the Russian Far East and the Arctic.

The cardiovascular center will reduce mortality from diseases of the circulatory system in Yakutia from 364 to 279 people per 100 thousand inhabitants by 2024. The opening of this institution will affect the performance of neighboring Far Eastern regions, as people come to Yakutsk to be treated from other territories, and the project will reduce deaths from 515 to 437 patients per 100 thousand of the population.

Recall that, until 2021, 95.3 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget to all Far Eastern regions for the construction, repair and modernization of 431 social facilities. Control over the use of money and the execution of work deadlines is carried out by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic. Until 2022, 19 hospitals, 51 FAPs, 22 schools, 27 sports and 20 cultural facilities will be built in the Far Eastern regions; 267 facilities are being reconstructed, including 30 medical, 105 educational and 25 housing and communal services; for 112 hospitals and 75 schools they will purchase new equipment, purchase 1040 apartments for teachers and doctors, 146 units of vehicles (buses, trams, ambulances).
